Our history

Greatness comes from within.

C and S Company was founded in 1953 by Ken Clark and Tom Stewart. When the two dissolved their partnership, Tom Stewart became General Manager with Robert D. Delaney as the Qualified Employee — and when the opportunity presented itself, Robert purchased the company and incorporated it in 1983.

With Las Vegas in a stage of rapid growth, Robert quickly built a solid foundation as a subcontractor for major contractors including Las Vegas Paving, Frehner Construction and Max Rigg Construction. A major focus and strength of the company was underground utilities — and it still is.

Stacey and Brad Lindburg purchased C and S Company, Inc. on July 24, 2003. Through Stacey's vision and Brad's experience, they have continued to build the company legacy to what it is today, maintaining the original vision of optimism and performance.

NDOT 3580 — the I-11 bypass

C and S crews are continuing to develop the I-11 bypass running from Las Vegas to Phoenix. It is one of the largest projects the company has taken on in recent years, and phase one is complete — already carrying Las Vegas locals and visitors.
